so my 13 tundra has been acting up when it comes to the power locks.

Both passenger side door locks have minds of their own when they want to lock or unlock

I hit unlock on the key fob and there is a 50% chance one of these door will not unlock, same thing when I go to lock the doors.

Then they will work fine for a while. Then they will act up again.

Same thing with the fob as the power lock button from my driver side door.

Is this a sign of something going out, the lock actuators?

Now that you mention it.... I haven’t replaced the batteries in at least 3 years.

That’s a good and easy place to start.

Anyone have a link or tutorial on how to clean and lube the assemblies?

They are expensive parts, even aftermarket are about $250 each

    ****Update*****

I got the front passenger side door panel off pretty easy.

Went to remove the motor/solenoid housing but found out it was trapped behind the window rail. no matter how I wiggled it it would not come out. I am sure there is a trick.

So with the solenoid inside the door frame, I worked the cables back and forth by hand and sprayed some oil into parts I could access. I put everything back together and it worked!

    So thank you to @OR18TRD.
