This appears to be one of their newer products. Was set on getting some husky liners until someone on here pointed out the new design for the rear seat floor liner stops short of the door and does not extend down the side. I know people are divided on the classic harder material Weathertechs, but has anyone tried the HPs? They are supposed to be a softer more rubbery material. I just want to know if they extend down the sides in the rear seat.. thanks!

EDIT: they are pretty nice. Rubber is much softer like the husky liner and provides better coverage than their newer design. Would definitely recommend

I really appreciate you sharing these pictures. I believe you have black, but can you confirm these aren't the "cocoa" color? I am debating between the two.

Also, the second row is still the original floor liner material, correct?

    Thank you,

I just looked those up and they have a note on their website
    "Please Note:
2nd row Floor Mat is our FloorLiner product."

So does that mean the fronts are the new "rubber-like" product and the rear is their standard product?

I asked about this on the auto anything chat and he insisted that the second row was custom and the same material as the front row. I saw the same thing you did on WT's site. Maybe someone on here can confirm.

What did we find out about the second row with this? Same as the first? Liner hard material, or rubber like the new front mats.

I have actually been thinking about moving on with the Aries style guard mats.

The rear is the old style liner - hard, curled edges. The fronts offer less coverage than the Husky. I got the Weathertechs for Xmas and returned them the next day. Ordered Husky.

The front only is the new material

Y’all seen the Aries? I love the look of their material.

mid you like them, just know it doesn’t show on their site that Aries makes a 2020/2021 compatible set of mats. They do have them for 2019. I did just call them about an hour ago and asked if this was for a reason or they just hadn’t updated their site and the guy had me on the phone for like 25 researching (not in a bad way) to see if they would fit and he thinks they will. I was glad for him to look. Those Aries texture looks way better IMO. There is a good review (3 parts) on YouTube of weather tech compared to husky compared to Aries.

I think I like the look of the newer rubber Weathertech HP better than the deeper, harder to clean grooves of the Husky. What I do not like is the back seat being the kid material. I wonder if that is the plan or just don’t have them out yet?
