I have a 2020 crewmax SR5 that came with the rubber front and rear floor mats. They seemed nice at first but the edges are all rolling over and are super rubbery and flexible (the only way i can think to describe them) they just don’t look that good anymore. I was thinking about getting the front driver and passenger weather tech mats and have heard good things about them in general. Anyone have these in their 2020 tundras? How is the fit and finish? Thank you for your help!

I think most people will recommend the husky liners. I use these and they have been fantastic front and rear.

I've had mine for a couple years now and no issues. My only complaint is the front passenger mat slides around a bit because there are no tabs to secure it like the drivers side (more of a Tundra problem than the mat). I added the eagle claws to remedy that.

I just put these in my new 2021 cm, and like then a lot, I’ve had the other mine of weather techs in my Tacoma for 5-6 years and a set in my wife’s odyssey, I’ve never had issues with them curling or being to slippery.

These are there newer style called the HP, they have a little bit more of a rubber feel and more flexible then the originals so far I like them a lot as well, great coverages along the sides especially I. The rear versus the husky. You can see in the last pic straight out of the box they had a little curling, after a day or two in the truck heat has slowly helped them naturally lay down and be closer to flush on the truck now.

I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
I’ve had a full set of Weather Tech floor liners in my 2007 since the truck was about a year into service. No problems at all with them, will continue to buy from them.

I have heard good things about the Husky floor liners too.

Both US owned companies that make their products in the US. You can’t go wrong either way.

For the husky liners, which model is everyone getting? I see the x-act contour mats and the weather beater mats. I appreciate everyone’s help! I’m also going to order the eagle claws.

I have Husky Weatherbeater in front (durable) and Weathertech in back (best coverage), both are stiffer mats more like what you’d get in a work truck. I wear studded wading boots that shred softer rubber. However, most here prefer the softer Husky X-act.

My Husky X-act driver's mat developed a small pin hole where my foot would rest.
It took several years for that hole to develop.
Contacted Huskey, with pics, and they sent me a new pair of front mats..

Husky exact fit, I am done with weather tech. Have weather techs in the wifes car and my daughters Tundra. My daughter wishes she got Husky after a year. The weather tech is hard and is never really gets clean.

I will say if there was debate between one to another. The weather tech is good for the back seat since it covers the full floor on the back (unless you have a under seat storage, than you gotta adjust or change how the back fits again. But other than that the huskys are a great choice. Better coverage on the front row area.

    Too many, but not enough....
Husky all the way. Dont bother with the eagle klaw thing, it doesnt work that great and it messes up your carpet. Simply put your front seat bracket bolts through the husky liner where it covers the seat bracket and it will never, ever move.

I went with the Weathertech Floorliner HP. I think that's their newest version? I have always gone with Weathertech, liked them, never had a problem. You can also get them in Canada for a reasonable price compared to getting them in the states, they don't rob us too hard.

I agree 100% with you! Love my weather techs and the back seat mat the coverage is awesome!! Just that passenger mat sliding around a little I have to fix but I’ve had them for over a year and would buy them again!

We use Weathertechs in two of our other vehicles and plan on getting a set for the new Limited (which should be arriving either today or tomorrow, yeah!). We ski almost every day during the winter and the Weathertechs have worked very well keeping everything clean and dry. Haven't had any issues with them sliding around.

I would recommend Husky X-act contour over the Weathertech.
I have had both and prefer the Husky.

Do the front passenger one have the time studs in the bottom to not slide around?

For those having issues with the passenger mat sliding around and don't mind cutting small holes into their carpet, I've added the OEM clips thanks to another member who started the suggestion.

Giving credit where credit is due: @ElNopal created this thread that should give you all the info you need -

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/passenger-floor-mat-no-more-sliding.63859/

The only difference was that my passenger mat already had the cutout but I suspect yours may be the same since I see that you used the Eagle Claw, which requires holes anyways.

Welcome- search function for generic items is probably a faster way to get your answers.

I went with Gator, which is Husky built but labled as a cheaper off brand. (Think Costco branding, but from name brand producer).

Husky all the way, and they have spikes on the bottom so they don't slide around, more coverage. Had WT's in my chevy they were good untill I got the Husky's.
Good - are any floor mats,
    Better - is WT,
    Best - is Husky.

x-act contour are the shiznit, better quality than weather tech, you won’t get all the wrinkled raised edges the weather techs have.

Yes both sides actually do, at work currently, but later today I could snap a picture to give you an idea of coverage of them for grip.
