Starting a new thread so as not to detract from @Pudge Optimum review.

I got this from Richard this morning:

“Actuallly it looks like we have a solution where it can be made under licence in the states and finally get around the shipping cost! Ill keep you in the loop and thanks for your understanding. ”

    Good idea.

Yeah, Richard has emailed me back and forth this morning. I'm tempted to just pony up the extra shipping cost myself to get the trade size. Then I wouldn't have to worry about buying any for 2-3 years.

Problem solved. Paid the extra for shipping to get a 5 liter trade size of the tyre feeder. :drunk:

If you can duplicate Tyre Feeder, you’d get plenty of orders from Tundras.com members. The product is known here, and we do a good job of spreading the word amongst ourselves.

It may be pretty difficult to gain traction outside of our group though. Tire dressings are a pretty flooded market, since every manufacturer seems to have at least two or three in their lineup. Most other detailing related forums have policies against advertising products, so I’m not sure how you’d be able to advertise it.

I also hear tuf shine makes a good tire cleaner but I haven't tried it. So far that wise guy stuff is head and shoulders better than anything I have tried

Only their UK site. US site has been sold out for months, and like everyone above said, shipping to the US is very expensive.

I used brake buster, it was ok, great for wheels. I got wise guy from shine supply and it is amazing how well it works. Removed the browning bloom from the sidewalls like nothing I've seen before.

My whole arsenal of detailing supplies is all from the people here and they have yet to disappoint me with a recommendation yet.

The only disappointment I've gotten so far is my wallet.............

So, I have one unopened bottle (16 oz ish) of this stuff. Is it's value going up? :)

I still have about 3/4 of a bottle, ill save it for use on my tonneau cover. I can use other products I have, like optimum TPC on tires, carpro PERL, 303, shine supply clean and shine and trim shield for interior and exterior plastics. I like the waxaddict feeder but I can live without it, especially with these rising costs

I can't wait to see how thos stuff works out. I would love to boost reload from 6 to 12 months, or something like that. Streaking will almost definitely be a problem but we can get past that

I think that would be a little high for me. Especially since I started using a tire coating and found carpro perl and shine supply products for trim. I was a big waxaddict tyre feeder fan but with the rising price and limited availability, I have moved on. For me it would need to be sub $20 shipped, or made in a formula that can be diluted for various purposes, like perl

Last time I ordered some was over a year ago, so I can’t remember what I paid. Their current price is about $20.00 usd plus shipping, so this price isn’t out of line.

I know I bought a bottle this year from richard and it was 20 + 9 shipping.

So with that I would be down to spend 25-30 per bottle shipped.

That would put the $25.00 price close to equal, since shipping will be less.

I have a bottle of that, but I’m not sure I’ve even used it. It was thrown in free on an order.

I’ll be experimenting with the TUF shine in the next few days. Supposed to be at my doorstep when I get home this afternoon. I’ll post up results when I apply.

Unfortunately I never got a chance to try the wax addict so won’t be able to compare.

Hopefully. I have a bottle and a half left so I'm good for a minute. I hope the weather is nice this weekend, I need to wash and coat 4 vehicles before more snow.

I know I'm beating a dead horse, but clean clean clean, then clean those tires again. Doing several light even coats will yield better results than fewer heavy coats, at least that's how it is with the optimum TPC. keep us posted please
