    What is it? Detailing spray?

Can it be used on trucks with grit and sand?

Read the directions per whichever one you're using. But typically you don't want any heavy soils on it. So I rinse off my be needed to knock off the heavy stuff. They seem good for simple dustings and/or road grime after a rain

This is what I use, but you still have to wash the truck first. It does a really nice job shining it though since you can spray it on while it's still wet and just wipe it dry.

Quick details/Waterless washes are for light dirt. Sand has a high liklyhood of scratching the paint, just do a normal wash.

I've been trying out P&S Absolute rinseless twice now and been happy with the outcome. Usually Merlins Magic Elixir (carpro EcH2o and Reset) for a quick detailer.

I use detail spray to finish drying and removing remaining dust spots and after washing and drying with a leaf blower.

I use waterless wash for up to a week's worth of dust and light road grime build up.

Once the gunk is really caked on there, usually over a week without any attention, it's time to just wash it.

Agreed. I typically use Optimum No Rinse, and a two-bucket method.

I will blow any visible grime off with a hose outside, and then pull into the garage. If the rinse bucket gets really dark and dirty, I’ll empty it and refill it, and swap mitts.

Great idea using a leaf lower. Damn I wish I’d thought of that in the last 20 years…

I’ve been using a backpack blower for atleast 10 years to dry my vehicles. Several of my neighbors have said the same thing you did @panicman
