Is it best to go head and spend $100 on Asin water pump from rock auto? Already got Asin fan clutch and Frostbte full aluminum radiator. Price is nothing, just want to know if it would be the same quality as the $40 one?
Already replaced thermostat and both hoses.

I personally always try to use Toyota Genuine parts. They tend to be more expensive but last longer and are less likely to fail prematurely (in my experience). However, you have to do what you have to do if your on a budget. I am not familiar with Asin products. I know I didn't answer you question but figured I'd throw in my 2 cents.

You can get an Aisin water pump and timing belt kit from Rock Auto, just a thought. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=3290529

The Aisin water pump is the quality of what came on your truck from the factory. I'd spend the money for it.

Rock Auto even has a 5% off code on the forum here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/rockauto-com-discount-code-expires-february-24-2022.98550/

Aisin is a member of the Toyota group and the OEM manufacturer for many of our parts.
