So after after few years of using RainX fluid additive without any problems, and last time after refilling tank warning light didn't turned off, i checked what happened with my truck sensor. Thankfully cleaning wasn't hard, i didn't have electronic parts cleaner so just soaked in Isopropyl alcohol and brushed of all that residue.
After cleaning, reassembled and everything is working as it should. I hope this will help someone . Take care :)
