Have a 2012 tundra with voice navigation recognition etc. she never understands what I say. Every time I say "point if interest" in the voice command menu, it says "find nearest ATM" it's not even close to what I say. Ever. It happens with playing music, navigation, and everything else basically making it useless. Anyone have this issue ?

It's says "find nearest ATM" so you have money to spend at ToyTec

Never had a problem with mine. Even with names I put in all crazy into my phone book.

Granted, never had navi in any of mine so....there's that.

IMO you're not missing much Joon. I used to use the one in my old car semi-regularly, but I quickly disliked the one in the Tundra. It's not user friendly.

    Beat me to it Ron.

My 12' was crappy to until I actually read the operators manual and did the set up and it was perfect.

Mine works fine too. Mostly use "hey Siri" though.

    Lol.
I do use the Toyota Nav. So the accuracy of the voice recognition can be critical for that. But most of the time my destination is keyed in while I'm waiting for the fam in the driveway.

I think all universal voice recognition is pretty bad. Siri, DROID, Tundra, all seem hit or miss to me.
