USFS Temporarily Closing All California National Forests for Public Safety (until 09/17)

Thought everyone should be aware with all the fires going on and the upcoming holiday weekend. US Forest Service is closing all the National Forests in California through September 17, 2021. This is in addition to the closure that was already in place, so it affects the forests in SoCal such as San Bernadino and Cleveland.

I have a reservation this weekend in Big Bear, looks like it'll likely get cancelled. As long as San G is still on...

Hey, Here is a better idea....How bout getting PG&E to take care of their shit...Dumb Bastards!!!!!

 

Obviously easier to do at the campgrounds/visitor centers. I’ve tried to do park closures, the public just walks right past the signs.
