Updates for 2008 Sequoia Grill, Lights and Ladder

I’d like to do what you guys have done with my 2008 Seaquoia (new pro grill and headlights). The links that were posted don’t seem to work now so I was wondering if anyone has updated links to where a good place to buy the grill and lights are ? Also are there are pieces I need to get to do the conversion from 2008 stock headlights to the newer led lights? Any help is appreciated on the buying and installing of both the grill and lights, thanks ! Also thinking about adding a back ladder to access the roof easier if anyone has a good suggestion on which one to buy? Any other suggestions or ideas appreciated too.
