Been an issue for a long time. Others have linked to Sparks parts, though some have had poor customer service. I think there's another... McGeorge Toyota I think?

The site has been offline for months. They have to revamp their systems to comply with laws to collect taxes from out of state purchases. It’ll be offline for a while. You’re better off getting it from a local dealer or sparksparts.com

Toyota corporate is still doing the free shipping up to $200.
Sparks parts is great but I do not think it is participating with the Toyota corporate free shipping.
Try Lewis Toyota out of Topeka, Kansas - https://parts.lewistoyota.com/ or
McGeorge Toyota out of Richmond, Virginia - https://toyotaonlineparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com/
Both of these dealers have fast turnaround on shipments with great discounted prices.

Great service and great prices. I ordered 2 grilles from Sparks and both came damaged. Ordered once from Lewis and grille arrived intact.

Sparks Parts...I'm really torn on whether I'll spend more money there. Don't call...email is the fastest. They provide good information - correct parts and parts numbers. Quick shipping. I often wonder if those folks have ever thought about packaging their parts better...if you've ever seen a FedEx or UPS parcel sort center, you'd understand. And, picking quality...so far, 66% accurate. I ordered OEM black parts for the Tundra (2 right and 2 left interior door handles) and I only received 2 left. Glad I wasn't in a hurry or already had all the door panels off...now, they were quick to respond, shipped the 2 missing right ones same day.

If anyone is interested, I can confirm the center panel and door handles are black and fit my 2020 Toyota Tundra.

Also, I found a company who has pretty good videos on how to remove the front and back door panels below...they are short, well edited, and no BS (music, etc.) on how to do.

I found Salinas Toyota parts to be priced better than McGeorge. I get an order next week so I’ll report if everything is packaged well. I ordered and the guy made sure they shipped same day which was pretty cool.

Yes Salinas Toyota is not bad.

Daly City Toyota has pretty solid dudes there that are helpful and thorough.

Anyone know where you can buy the small push pin clip for the door? The one that is just below the sail trim.

Oreilly's carries some OEM fasteners as well if that's easier than hitting a dealership.

So I just called them, Cool Springs, for the TRD LED headlights and they said they don’t ship anymore. Does anyone know why?

Not to be harsh, but it’s been said all over the place the past handful of pages of this thread. They have to charge tax now & their system didn’t have that functionality, so they had to shut it down.

Being that it’s 118 pages long I think it better to ask. At least this way it’s posted in several pages. Either way thanks and I find it weird about the tax thing since I have bought parts out of state without paying tax. I guess I will have to call around my dealers and see what price I get.

Yeah it’s weird to me too that only certain merchants have to charge tax for out of state sales. I don’t quite get it. Maybe over $xxx amount of sales you have to charge tax? Not sure. Either way it sucks. Lewis Toyota of Topeka still doesn’t charge tax. I’ve recently purchased from them.

Yeah I am stumped also on the tax thing. So far best deal on the LED headlights I have gotten from a dealer near me is $337 no tax. It’s only $44 more in total when compared to Cool Springs and they have them in stock.

My user name is when I had a 2550 Pursuit boat.

The grille surround is not sold separately. You have to buy the whole grille assembly.

I feel like other Toyota dealerships complained their honey pot was getting too big. After COVID they were running some awesome deals and really exposing the outrageous margins. I find it hard to believe IT can’t overcome sales tax.

I went the other day to the dealer to get my oil changed and while I was there went to the parts department and ask about the aftermarket OEM Tundra LED fog lamps. Ask the guy what’s the best price he can give me. He looked me up in the system says that I bought my truck there I do on my service there and goes and gives me the full retail price of the fog lamps. Needless to say he lost my business and this isn’t the first time I’ve asked for parts of the dealer and never gotten a discount. Are used to work at parts counter at the motorcycle shop and I always give a discount because MSRP is high and there is a lot of room to make money

Hey Travis. Did you end up buying this part for your 2wd. I have a 19 sr5 2wd but 4.6l. I think it might be similar to yours. I see that photo has a hole on the left side vent which I don’t have. And where your air vent rings also black? How did yours turn out?

not sure if you’re ok with used, butnn my I’ve seen them listed on Seattle’s and Portland’s Craigslist, for awhile actually. 120 in Sea-town, 50 (!) in P-town. The more expensive ones had a description something like “these are the better Japanese version” but cannot remember. Go check the site, not sure where you’re at

I am in Miami. I don’t mind used. There are the OEM ones that come already installed that are Japan made(Koito)They are better than the OEM aftermarket ones(Valeo). After doing some googling I found that the DD SS3 are way better so I will be buying those.

Posted this in another thread, but this might be a better thread to post in. I see Roman has not been around for a bit as well.

    Hello,
I've read through many posts about converting a chrome SR5 grille to a TRD Pro to get rid of the chrome surround on the grille. I emailed a toyota parts store about 53100-0c260B1 since it showed 2016 year only to see if it would fit 2014 models, however according to my VIN the OEM is 53100-0c300 and they stated they cannot guarantee fitment. Does anyone know the correct part # in 1G3 for the 2014 Tundra SR5's? I have already ordered the hood bulge.

I see it listed here. I'm assuming I can order it here? Just wanted to make sure it would fit since another dealership said it would not.

    Thanks!
