2003 Tundra...4 Weeks ago my turn signals stopped working. I replaced all 4 turn signal bulbs, no change. I replaced the flasher and viola, problem solved (so I thought). Fast forward 4 weeks, the turn signals stopped working again. The flasher clicks like it is blinking but the dash indicator arrows don't flash and neither do the external lights. Same behavior with the hazards.

I changed the turn signal switch on the column today, still no luck. I also bought another flasher today and tried it out. Same exact behavior, it makes the clicking sound but no lights on the dash or exterior. I am stumped. Anyone know what might be going on?

Yes, put new fuse in as well. I called it a flasher, but technically it's listed as a turn signal relay, so yes that was replaced.

It may just be the turn switch that needs to be replaced.

Nothing else stopped working. Already replaced the switch.

Possibly a grounding issue, you may need to check the wiring harness to the turn signal. Does your horn work?? some models have both share power. You checked the under dash fuses as well??

Horn works. How would I go about checking for a ground issue?

you would have to trace the harness under the dash, down the kick panel and under the hood. Under the dash once you have pulled the kick panels you may notice some wiring going through some bolts. You may need to check each one to make sure they're bolted down all the say. May also need to chase the wiring to ensure there is no frays or wiring coming apart. There is also grounding point in the engine bay that you may need to check as well.
Another option is checking your body ECU. if there is anybody with a similar truck as yours that you know and are willing to swap out ECU for troubleshooting... other wise a Toyota Multiplex will probably run you about 20$ at a wrecking yard. My car's body ECU went out and I had all kind of stuff short out, this may be a long shot, but an option if everything checks out with your blinker issue.
