Turn on fog lights and highbeams come on

    2001 toyota tundra sr5 4.7 v8
    Nothing yet but came with rough country shocks and 33' mud tires just got to replace first car in october and also replaced battery with interstate and new alternator oh ya the truck has been rolled and fixed back up newer 4.7 od says 130,000 but engine was replaced when flipped at 100,000 so 30,000 on motor and 130,000 on everything else
    anybody have this happen I press my fog light button and my high beams come on but no fog light

    Do you have led headlights? After I put mine in this is what happened also.

    Ya they were in the truck when I bought it just curious if there’s a way to get my fogs back I wanna wire a light bar in the bumper with them

    Put LED's in mine and this happened to me too, wonder why this happens

    Think it may have something to do with resistance change. Haven't really looked at a wiring diagram yet. Just a guess.
    May try to change fogs to led also.

    I think I’ll try that but I’ll hook up a prob first to see if it’s even getting juice

    I did mine in only 20 min, is really easy and FOG Lights come in handy 20171225_193731.jpg

    So finally got my fog lights working I tapped into the low beam wire for my headlights because the wire on my fog light button are set up as another high beam button so later date may take those wires out and wire in my bumper light bar but for now my fog are or when my low beams are are I’m happy and that fog button is there for a backup high beam button
