The bore is 3.70 stroke is 3.25" on the 4.6 ,the only difference between the 5.7 is the stroke, 4.1" both engines are otherwise identical. I looked into it on my old 2013 Gen 2 4.6L for a turbo but never found a solution. My thoughts are the 5.7 model turbo would work with no modifications. I would call the manufacturer and verify that first. Same heads, water pump, pulleys, intakes, bolt patterns. Just a theory. Oh and with a shorter stroke it revs higher.
