Cribbage FTW!

 

Dude. I understand cribbage, but I SUCK at that game. I chase my tail and get lost. For some reason I still enjoy it.

 

Grew up playing this game and my family loves it. However, my wife hates it so I've had no one to play with lately.

 

Cribbage is fun, but not playing Cribbage with company is better than not playing Cribbage alone. Besides, there are plenty of other games you can play with your wife.

Looks like the storm blew itself out last night so we can get out and walk around today.

 

You are reminding me that I need to take a vacation. Like a real, get the eff outta the house, vacation.

Just as I finished my last post, a helo flew low over the trailer...
Two people went out in the storm last night in a 10’ aluminum boat. They didn’t come back. Sheriff and Coast Guard was running around all day searching. Nothing found. Was sobering to see a family member load the boat up in their truck and drive out.

Got a good nap in and now just chilling...good night Tundra peeps

I don’t sleep very well in my trailer. Too many things making noises or moving around. But I did get almost 8 hrs of sleep last night so feeling pretty good now.

Since giving up coffee and soda I seem to get them more often!

 

Sitting here at the desk with a cup of hot chocolate and my hoodie on. Almost feels like winter.

 

Just packed up and headed home. The rain hit just was I was hooking the trailer up, so all the rain I wanted yesterday arrived a day late. Found a fun restaurant on the way home for lunch and then had a long ferry line to get through. One of the two boats took a lightening strike last night and the navigation went down. Got home just in time for the Seahawks game.

I made it through one winter in Phoenix. Well, Gilbert, but same difference. No snow. Christmas lights on the cacti in peoples front yards.... so depressing.

 

Yeah, I went to Hawaii once during the Christmas holiday. Never could wrap my head around Santa wearing shorts and sunglasses or a sleigh and rain deer display on green grass. I'm leaning back in my chair right now listening to the rain come down and loving it. I need my seasons, but I understand why many like the AZ weather.

I somehow OD'd on caffeine this weekend and woke up at 4am with a mild, but deep headache. Great way to start the week...

Yup. I need my seasons, and one of them is winter. I get loving the temperate stuff like what California has, but AZ is just too bloody hot. Except Flagstaff. I could live in Flagstaff.

Yeah, those caffeine headaches suck. Persistent and just bad enough you cannot ignore it. Pop some excedrin and have a good day if you can.

 

Washed down two ibuprofen with my morning tea...it seems to be working.
