So, I knew I had some training today and headed in a bit before 9. Figured I'd attend the training the head to my brother's to ride the Quadzillas for the afternoon. Well, my dumbass got the training time wrong. It's at 3 instead of 9, so there goes my plans.

Naah using the Tundra to jump the 10car. It had been in storage a long time before we brought it out and by the time we got to the field it wouldnt fire off.

Rack came this am. Just got it assembled. Can't finish cuz some hardware didn't show up with the bed rail brackets. Threw some metal protector on them and will finish tomorrow after it all dries. High quality from RCI. Very happy with the purchase.

Tell you what, getting older sucks. Woke up today, and apparently I slept or moved wrong. My neck is super pissed at me. I can't move my had at all without it hurting.

woke up to roughly $1700 in fraud charges on our checking account. yay!

 

I've had that happen to me. Life is just so much fun after you turn 30, isn't it?

Yeah, I kinda figured I had crossed into the "old" part of my life when I sneezed and threw out my back a few years ago. So it goes.

 

yoga. seriously. i'm going to be 47 in july. still pushing to go higher, faster, further. the only thing is that glasses may be coming in the near future...

yea, all good. just not a fun thing to see. seems to happen about every 6 months or so but wells has always been on top of it. the last time, someone managed a telephone transfer. still no idea how that could have happened.

 

Well at least you know how to deal with the financial fraud, and glad that your bank works with you on it. Still sucks that it happened. Not a fan of thieves. I get stealing if it is the difference between feeding your family or them going hungry, but anything else pretty much sets my blood boiling. Anyway, I hope they can catch them and get you all straightened out on it.

As far as yoga, you're right. I should do more to get into better shape. I've been trying to, but haven't had a lot of drive for it. Been trying to spend more time with friends and family to try and snap out of my funk and find some motivation to live better. I know I'd feel better if I were in better shape, but it's gonna be a long road to get there.

 

Hopefully it all works out smoothly and quickly.

 

i've basically been in a permanent funk for years. the only thing that keeps it from going deeper is physical movement and the outdoors. you've just gotta start even if it's just a couple of laps walking around the block in the evenings. the little things all add up.

 

I'm with you there man. Been a decade of blah, or worse. I briefly had a gym buddy thing set up, then at our last gym get together there was some drama, then the plague closed everything, and now I struggle with any kind of motivation.
