Negative. The sheriff and the DNR would have chased me off. You can't do that around here. There was a roll back making the recovery very soon after.

I wouldn't doubt that it's because of politics disguised as safety precautions.. As in the tow company pays to get dibs on a certain section of freeway and gets called first.

    Scene safety is #1.

In PA it's legal to help someone out, but if the police are required to be notified and the Operator didn't, and you are helping them remove their vehicle from the scene, that could get you into trouble.

Regardless, I wouldn't recommend it for multiple safety and liability reasons. If the scene is a safety hazard or impedes traffic a tow gets called because the approved tow companies are on call and usually have great response times, which is also very important for safety and restoration of traffic flow.

Crashes happen at crash scenes already manned by police, tow trucks, and fire trucks, just imagine how dangerous it could be with only two vehicles and four ways.

17x8.5 and it will be +25mm offset/5.75" inch backspacing. They will be available in satin black (as seen about), black with machined face, and a gun metal finish.

All I know was it was brass. The rest, :notsure:. I just swapped out the part and hit the big green button. I'm electrical not mechanical.

A buddy of mine has two tickets for the 2017 Super Bowl -- box seats plus airfare, accommodations, etc., but he didn't realize when he bought them that this is going to be on the same day as his wedding - so he can't go. If you're interested and want to go instead of him, it's at St Peter's Church, in New York City, at 5 p.m. Her name's Louise. She's 5'4", about 125 lbs., good cook, makes $130,000 a year. She will be the one in the white dress . . .

Thanks. Was going to post it in Funny Pics thread, but would have made it too obvious that it was a joke.
