2015 dark gray 4d Extended Cab Tundra 2wd
Hi, I"m brand new; I'll post a bit about me later, but for now, I do have a question. I just bought a used 2015 Tundra SR5 in Metallic Gray (?), and its a double cab, and in a 2WD configuration. Both my wife and I are in our late 60's, our three sons are all married, and the grandkids have parents that possess pickups. Anyway, since we traded the Fiat 500C for the Tundra, I have this backspace behind the front row seating for the dog to roam and call his own. Anyway, I was wondering, how can I access the rear seat backs to find out what's back behind the seating? I'd like to do something like the Taco setup from Goose Gear, where the entire rear seat assembly has been replaced by a platform, to include the rear seats, which would give "Chester" (14-year-old Cheewinnie mix) a place to call his own.

So does anyone out there with a double cab have any ideas on how I can lower the rear seatback, so I can either remove the seats or think of another way to set up the back?

    Thanks,

I also have a 2015 SR5 DC and did the modification to fold down the rear seat backs that is listed in the mods and tutorials section at the top of this page. It only took about an hour and worked out great.
