I just bought a new factory muffler for my 2018 sr 4.6 Tundra. (Going to replace the loud, droning Flowmaster muffler the previous owner had cut and welded in place). It did not come with new gaskets for the two front pipes, or a new clamp for the rear pipe.
My question is, is it ok to reuse the old gaskets and clamp? Or should I buy new ones before I take everything apart? Second question is, is there a recommended torque value for the bolts?
    Thanks in advance!

Ive reused the exhaust gaskets. Also never worried about torque when I changed out to install DD exhaust, just made sure it was tight and no exhaust leaks. I also reused the clamp for the tailpipe.

That rear clamp can stretch, so you may or may not need a new one, same with that crazy ribbon gasket- they can unravel but if not too bad can be reused no issue. You are not going to know if they can be reused until you remove them and see how they look. Worse case, hit your local dealer and get the parts just in case, likely under 50 bucks of all of it.

Ive had my system apart maybe 10 times switching between different setups. The front gaskets are fine to re-use until they are old. Eventually you cannot reuse them, i just replaced both due to a leak. The rear gasket will fall apart when removed, i currently don’t have one on, never seen an issue

felpro makes front gaskets, not expensive

EDIT @TomWilke i was just checking the trans fluid now and saw that condensation was dripping from my gasketless post muffler joint. So that gasket does do something. Now the front gasket leak caused a terrible ticking noise, I don’t hear a leak from the rear joint
