Not for me. Body damage, 151k Miles of what looks like towing. Doesn’t appear they took care of it. Be patient. @BaileyJ just purchased a very clean CM Plat edition for a just a bit more with a lot less miles.

I agree with Sean. 151k for 15 grand. You can find a much cleaner tundra for that price. When you find the "one" you will know
Welcome from SoCal and hopefully you'll be in a tundra soon enough.

Welcome! Definitely seems like too much for that kind of mileage and poor condition. Keep up the search--you'll find a keeper!

What would be a reasonable price for this Tundra? I have a Jeep Wrangler, leased, and need a truck. Use to be a diesel, truck dude.

    Welcome!

That truck is a little abused. I'd say $12k tops but that might be a stretch. If you wait a little you'll find the right truck and if you're willing to spend closer to $20k there will be some nice options. It was almost a month of waiting for me and I looked at 5 different trucks before coming across the "one".

The 4th and 5th picture will tell you a lot about that Tundras life. The bed seems to be pushed in to the cab on the passenger side, the rear bumper is pushed in on the drive side with surface rust developing. In addition the miles are high given the asking price. KBB for that vehicle in Denver where it is listed, has a suggested private party sale of just under $15,000 in excellent condition which this is far from. if it where selling for $10,000 and you did not care about cosmetics I would say it is a decent buy but not at that price. My Opinion of course.

    Welcome from CO.

I’d pass on that one, and this is why:

-Who in their right minds doesn’t clean up a vehicle before listing it for sale? Sadly, that probably is cleaned up.

-Bed damage, read passenger door damage, rear bumper, etc. @Thegr8punkin might be able to tell you what that kind of body damage will cost.

    -Axle:rolleyes:

Only redeeming quality is that it is super fast white.

    Pass.

Just observation. Clearly the seller of this truck likes to exaggerate.

According to him, the truck is in excellent condition (I could see that). It's also odd that he goes on about 2009 being the best year. If he going by the number of complaints, he doesn't take into account that Toyota sold least number of 2009 model trucks than any other year.

It seems that this guy enjoys hyperbole in practically every line of his advertisement (Full double cab 5 big guys comfortably ride. Really? How big are the guys? What is 'mechanically perfect maintenance'?. etc.). So the obvious question is what part of his description is truthful and what part is exaggerated somewhat bent (or even severely bent) truth.

I hear you what you are saying. If I can get for 10k or 11k then I might go for it, and have some cash leftover for some mods.
    Thanks for your thoughts.
