I'd reach out to Tuff Country and ask them what pieces you'd need to buy to migrate over. I can't help but think they sell that separately.

But I'm confused - your truck info says you've got Rough Country 6" lift. Which is it?

It looks like this is teh PDF for the 5" kit: https://static.thiecommerce.com/ass...ions-pdf/54c36b1eb619774b5cc389f6993ed099.pdf
Here's the PDF install for the 4.5" kit: https://static.thiecommerce.com/ass...ions-pdf/43231224db1824272b20798a1f3a243d.pdf

Doing a side-by-side on both of them, the core parts I'm looking at are identical, and it looks like your 4.5" kit simply reuses the factory knuckles on your truck, whereas the 5" kit provides new knuckles, and they appear to be preloaded with new bearings.

If true, per the PDFs, it looks like Tuff Country's part number for the 5" knuckles is 5900-01 for driver and 5900-02 for passenger. At one point they were available for $179/ea at Summit, Driver and Passenger. They are currently showing as a special order part at other websites I'm looking at.

Are you cool with paying around $400 to get replacement knuckles that are the correct length?

If "yes", I'd reach out to a board vendor. It's possible @memario1214 at Hotshot Offroad may be able to help; not sure if he sells Tuff Country products or has contacts. If not, I know 100% that Toytec does, maybe Edgar or one of the other folks over there can help source new knuckles and confirm with Tuff Country's technical team it'll work and you don't need other parts to go with it, since I'm really not qualified to speak on their products. I have a strict rule of never modifying my daily drivers in a way they can't be returned to stock, I'd never personally install that kit.

But yeah, I swear I've seen on here more than once where people have recommended to ditch the spindle spacers and swap in the extended spindles...

On the Tuff Country 4.5" lift kit specifically, yes, there is a spacer that goes on top of the factory spindle in order to fill the gap between the knuckle and control arms. It's either this thing I'm circling, or the weird contraption that's bolted to the top of the factory knuckle/spindle below. I believe this may be it, or it's something similar to this.

I know @Hi06silver went out of his way to unbugger up his Tuff Country lift. There's only so much you can do to reverse it, it requires permanent cutting of crossmembers and such, it's a pretty extensive bracket style lift.

FIFY! Tis that thing you circled and this also the evil bracket below the death spacer.

Spindles came preloaded with Koyo bearings. Depending on wether or not you have abs spindles are different, obviously for the sensor. That's a whole nutha' issue unless they fixed it. I'll drop a link to my original thread if you have any questions just reach out OP. Someone helped me I'm more than willin to help the next person. I'd suggest reaching out to the vendors @shifty` mentioned because the spindles were not cheap when I bought them a few years back.
