left over dough from Saturday’s pizza has been in the fridge. So with nothing else to make and not wanting to run back into town and only 1 freaking beer left in the fridge screw it I yelled and fent

First let’s fire up the egg got it up to 800 yes folks 800 freaking hundred.
While the egg is getting its blast furnace ready I got the dough out and kneaded and ready to make into a pizza

Made the pizza and on the stone about 5 minutes cook time rotating about every minute
Then off and on the cutting board to rest

Holy smokes was this amazing. Wish y’all could have been here

Nope at those temps it rebounds in seconds. I could have cooked a dozen pies one after another if I had them made and ready to go with no extreme loss of temps I do believe.

They should have Rich's pizza. Not too many many Beer Fest tickets left. Usually sells out in minutes. They added a few more tickets this year. There were some left this morning...
