I'm checking out a TSS with these wheels below. I want more sidewall, and would prefer a smaller wheel diameter like 16 or 17 for that.

I'd like to find some OR wheels like this to replace them:

So my question is: do people trade for these SST wheels? 20" diameter with BFG KO.s.

There is a huge Toyota FB group where I live - I bet if you look you'll find similar in your locale, probably tons of people would be willing to trade you straight across.

Thanks for the tip - if I buy this truck I'll likely be doing that. The O/R wheels and Michelins are more my speed with what I'll use the truck for.

No TRD ORs available? Before I bought my TSS I had a TRD lined up. I was absolutely wanting nothing larger than 18s. Once is saw the BFGs on the TSS I changed my mind. I needed the tires so I compromised on the rims. May go to 18s when tires wear out but will probably just go with higher profile tires.

I don't believe any 16" wheel will fit over our brake setup.

As far as 17's, the rock warrior wheels will fit, but I have heard of guys having issues with other 17's fitting, depending on the specs.

The TRD Off Road and TRD Pro wheels are 18's.

Aside from that, I am too far away but I would do that trade in a heart beat if someone local in your position was asking.

Yeah those TSS wheels are nice, but probably just worth it to look at aftermarket 18s that would have a better fit and can account for some beefy ass tires

    Everything. Literally.
You can put beefy tires on the 20” TSS wheels. I put 35/12.5s MTs on mine with only a wee bit of trimming. I was never fan of 20s on a truck, on my Silverado I ran 17s, but I gotta say, the way the 20s/35” inch tires fill the wheel well looks awesome.
    IMO, anyway.

I have a rookie question. I have 15 TSS (BF Goodrich LT285/55R20) and need new tires. Found someone selling a set of 15 TRD Pro wheels (275/65-18 Michelins) . Will they fit and how would they fit.

Lastly if anyone has a picture of their TSS with pro wheels, I’d love to see them

    Thanks in advance! 349F4B40-70D5-4A23-9F2C-5C3F9F255C95.jpg8A1E6F0C-DCBB-42F5-9B27-F05066C12C22.jpg
