Hey guys! Looking for some knowledge. I see a few people on here have got the new TSS wheels, and I think I need me a set! I just watched a YouTube video of an 18 TSS that has a setup that I would like to put on my 16 limited CM.

Ideally I'd like to put these tires, BFG KO2's, but in 305/55/20 (33.2 x 12) on my CM. I don't have a lift/level yet, only due to the fact I hadnt found the wheel and tire package I wanted until I came across these. I think it's going to be the setup I go with.

That brings the question.. where can I find these TSS wheels in (20 x 9) and at what offset will I need to stuff the 305/55's under it? (Is it even available in an offset that will work?) I can add flares if need be. To fit the 305/55s I will most likely just go with a 3/1 level. I've been thinking a full ToyTec boss kit... But I feel that's over kill for my relatively "normal" driving style, if a 3/1 isn't going to blow my alignments/angles, I'll take the cheaper route. Budget is a considered factor, but the money's there if it really needs to be. I won't do the CMC, and I'm only looking for a subtle lifted look.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

This is the screen shot of the setup i saw on YouTube ..

Had some time on lunch break... Found the TSS wheels on TRDparts4u. They are 20x9 with a +50mm offset. Also priced out the Ultimate Lift with Bilstein 5100's so that will give me the 3/1.5 lift I'm looking for.

Would it be prudent of me to replace the UCA's? And the +50mm offset has me wondering how much clearance I'm going to have with a 305/55 from the UCA as well.

    Thoughts?!

    Thanks!

Welcome from CO. I don't think you need to replace the UCAs unless you go over a 3". There have been a few folks who have sold their TSS 20" rims in the past on Tundras.com. Maybe check Craigslist if you are okay with used.

I have the TSS wheels on my '16 with the TRD Pro suspension, 305/55R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers would not clear my UCA without a Wheel spacer so I went with the 295/55R20's instead.

    yup, 305's will rub on a 20x9 wheel with a +50mm offset.

I have 295's on the same size wheel and there is a pinky width of clearance to the UCA:

Thanks for the input guys... Looks like I'm going to have to find another wheel option for my BFG's then! Would around a +20mm offset should get me there?

    Thanks!!

Yes, +20mm offset will allow 305's to clear the UCA. However, with the wheels pushed out farther, you will have to trim more stuff. If you can get between +25 to +35 offset then you will trim less stuff and still clear the UCA.

So 295 doesn’t rub? Or how do you like them? I have a 2016 SR5 Crewmax with the TSS package 20” rims (285/55/20). Next week getting the Bilsteins 5100 2.5” for front only. It was recommended by my local off road company that does lifts & levels. I’m still trying to figure if i could go taller....or would i need to purchase all different wheels?
