whenver i hit the exact speeds of 45-50mph, the truck starts to almost bounce, i mainly only feel it when accelerating through those speeds, or decelerating through that speed. I wanna say has to do with an alignment? Or i need to get my tires rotated? Could that be what it is? Any help is appreciated.

Do a tire rotation and have them balanced. Speed dependent vibrations are typically a balance problem.

If you haven't washed your vehicle in a long time there could be a lot of dirt on the tires/wheels that are throwing off the balance. I actually went to the shop for this same exact thing and after there inspections he laughed and took it through the car wash and said good as new lol.

A clean truck is a happy truck.... not too clean though! like you need to have a little scruff on your face so people don't assume that you're a pansy. No offense to all the clean cut guys out there though. ;0)

Unbalanced tires mostly make the steering wheel vibrate, don't make the truck bounce

I had similar issues with my 2010 4Runner, I had the tires given a "road force" balancing. I think that is a balancing that compensates for tires that are a little older and have worn unevenly. I think. Anyway, it did the trick.

Anything with a solid front axle pretty much. It's also much more severe, like rip the wheel out of your hands bad. It happened to my Jeep doing 65 on the interstate and it's terrifying.

I had this problem on my 06 Limited Crew Cab. It occurred as accelerating. Shook the U joints on the drive shafts and found play in the center drive shaft support bearing. Problem gone replacing U Joints and new center support bearing. Took my son and I about 5 hours on the driveway! Check the joints for play by moving with your hands!

Does the truck sit a lot? Tires could have flat spots.
