whenver i hit the exact speeds of 45-50mph, the truck starts to almost bounce, i mainly only feel it when accelerating through those speeds, or decelerating through that speed. I wanna say has to do with an alignment? Or i need to get my tires rotated? Could that be what it is? Any help is appreciated.

Do a tire rotation and have them balanced. Speed dependent vibrations are typically a balance problem.

If you haven't washed your vehicle in a long time there could be a lot of dirt on the tires/wheels that are throwing off the balance. I actually went to the shop for this same exact thing and after there inspections he laughed and took it through the car wash and said good as new lol.

A clean truck is a happy truck.... not too clean though! like you need to have a little scruff on your face so people don't assume that you're a pansy. No offense to all the clean cut guys out there though. ;0)
