The truck turned off while going down the road have no compression on the left side everything seems to be in time I took the valve cover off and I don't see any broken cams does anybody know if these trucks have a problem with sharing off the cam shear key for the drive gear the belt goes around

Did the timing belt snap? Sounds like bent valves almost.

Sounds like classic broken or slipped timing belt. Bummer.

No comprsssion on any cylinder? With valve cover off go ahead and turn over the engine by hand on crank pulley. Is the valve train moving? If not, you know where it’s screwed. Still have compression on other bank?

Remove the timing belt cover (or just part of it on the top near the cams) and inspect. Set to TDC @ #1 and check marks.
