    Hey folks,
I experienced some major rubbing after throwing on my new rims and tires. I found some info regarding pushing the bumper forward utilizing washers, but with my -24 negative offset, a half inch wouldn't be enough. After spending the day with the cut off wheel and Dremel, there's no more rub, but I'm now concerned about a few things...
I deleted the front portion of the wheel well liner for now, and taped over where the fog lights are, (ghetto I know), but I know that's not going to cut it long term. For the rear, I had to trim the rounded off portion, (not sure what the name of that part is), but not sure if I'll need to weld something to cover up the hole? Thanks in advance for your help...

As far as your cab Mount I would buy the Cab Mount chop kit. It's a plate that weld's over your cab Mount after you cut it to seal it back off

you could probably put your fog cover back on. trimmed and pushed forward. it will do a better job than the tape there.
I cut mine and pushed it forward, it's held with zip ties. Does the job.

    CMC on rear with plates

I did the same trimming as you in front fender liner. So far haven’t had any issues with my fog lights being exposed. I don’t like it though so I’ll be getting an aftermarket bumper.

You pretty much have done a quasi cab mount chop but you should actually not leave that mount exposed and get some CMC plates from Relentless Off Road and finishing it. Getting a decent aftermarket front bumper will solve the fender liner issue. You won't have any.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards a replacement bumper as well down the road
