Ok, Im thinking on the TRD full Suspension Install on my 2016, I watched the video's Etc. with the kit, does not seem too bad to do. My Questions are below:
    1. What is the cost if a local shop does it ? Or what did people pay to get it installed?
    2. Did you like it and did it ride any better ?
    3. I assume you would definitely have to get the front re-aligned ?
    4. Does it look ok with the factory 18" Tires and wheels ?

    Welcome John!
Are you looking to install the TRD Pro suspension or the Trd off road?

1- Depending where you go most shops charge 1k+...my local 4wp wanted to charge 1200 for front coils rear shock and rear shackle
2- Trd Pro suspension rides great.z I have no experience with Trd off road suspension.
    3- yes you need alignment
4- the Trd Pro suspension looks fine with stock wheel setup, but if you want to fill the wells get a bigger tire for sure.

Install is fairly easy. I would suggest to try it on your own. If not do it with someone who has experience as guidance, as something simple can turn into a world of mess. Good luck!

Holy shit, just for the install? I got a few quotes for around 500. I ended up doing the front in about 2 hours.

OP, it looks great with stock wheels and tires. Just look at every stock TRD Pro - that's the look you get. And it will ride amazing, just like the Pros. A slightly cheaper option could be 6112/5160. Way better than stock, and about 1k less than the TRD Pro setup.

Thanks for all the Replies I think i am still leaning towards the TRD package, I do think I could save over $1,300 on the 6112/5160 package but I am getting mixed results with Ride quality, I want to get the lift out of it and a really good ride. Continue to leave any more comments, cheapest I seen the TRD kit is $2389 to $2399, I think the install looks pretty simple if you have a lift, I was at Toyota today for my 15K service, they wanted a $1200 install, no way that is robbery, Dont look to be more than 2-3 hours especially with the right tools and a lift.

No vehicle lift needed, not even close. I used the first few pages of this guide from Toyota. Two tricks - loosen the front of the vehicle facing bolts for both the front and back of the lower control arm adjustment cams. Use a ratchet strap around the UCA and lower ball joint attachment area to get them in place. They "hint" to pry the upper down... strap worked better in my eyes.

6112s in the front ride really nice - not sure who says otherwise. While I haven't had Icons on my Tundra, I did on my FJ, and the 611s gave me a similar jump in feel from stock.

If I had over 2k to spend - I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be on the PRO setup. While I'm sure its amazing, its not more amazing that similar setups in the 2-3k price range.

I had the TRD Pro shocks installed for $550 at my dealer including the alignment which it definitely needed (they showed me the settings after the install and result after the alignment). I ordered the set from @Roman at Toyota of Cool Springs with their reduced shipping "Black Friday" deal. It rides amazingly better. A side note is that it now sits perfectly level side to side and front to back where it used to not only have the rake, but the lean as well. As far as the stance goes, it looks just like a stock TRD PRO. I'm very glad I had it done.

Thanks for all the help, I talked to Bilstein, I know everyone has opinions, they said that the 6112/5160 is a really good package, they said the TRD package is good but way overpriced, they make it to so I really might be leaning towards that 6112/5160 package.

$1,200 does seem really high. I had a local reputable shop install 5100s on all four corners of my old Titan. That involved removing the coils from the stock setup and moving them to the 5100s—total labor cost including alignment was only $300.
