Trd pro rear sway bar

    If a rear say bar doesn’t help off-road. Then why does the trd off-road sport and Pros come with them stock?

    Do all tundra like float/ bounce at like high Speed on the high way or like sway. Trucks awesome at normal speed. I feel like I kind of got to hold on to the steering wheel to stay in my lane at line 70-80 mph. Would a rear sway bar correct this issue

    Mine floated bad on the highway “2016 DC TRD 4x4”. I added the rear sway bar and it was night and day. Also helped the truck rocking back and forth in turns. I off-road with mine just not hard. Everything works fine off-road and on. You are limiting your articulation of the back axle so you have to be careful not to get too uneven or a tire will come off the ground. About a year later I added upper control arms and from sway bar and now I barely have to slow down to enter curves. Drives like a much tighter smaller truck now.

    Slight correction, only the trd sport comes with it stock, the trd off road and pro does not.

    You’re correct that it doesn’t do anything for you off road but on road it buttons down the rear end a bit, it will help with that floaty feeling you’re getting on the highway.

    Matching topper and tube running boards
    HMMM I travel a lot of HWY miles in my 2015 TRD Pro and never had that issue, rock solid. Does have a topper and a job box, adds about 300lbs to stock.

    So got the rear sway bar. This helped out a lot......will upping my tire air pressure take some of the floaty feeling out of the truck at highway speed. Like it feels like the front drifts at 70-80 or the steering is sensitve. It feeling not planted for as heavy as the truck is. I have a 2019 limited crew max trd off-road. With front and rear sway bars.
