Just put turn downs on if. It will sound great. Plus you can put a bigger tire under the bed. Glws

If you’re interested in this, I will probably have a set of TRD tails soon. I’m planning on building or buying some dump pipes instead of cutting my existing pipes.

    Not jacking the thread but...
I'm in CT and have the same TRD PRO dual muffler available (no tailpipes) with about 10k miles on it (1year) I have not posted it for sale as it's just boxed up in my attic at the moment. Pm me if interested.

I wish. The TRD sounds good to me, though, so it’s not too big of a deal. Wouldn’t mind it being a little louder but it’s a good balance.

I also have the dirty deeds but to be honest dont know if it was worth the cost. Dont get me wrong i like it but the difference wasnt a big enough of a jump imo. Going from a non trd pro exhaust to a dirty deeds for sure i would say the cost is justified but not so much from a trd pro. I just think the 1k could have been better spent elsewhere.

Which DD system did you go with? I’d probably do the 8” if I were to swap, unless that’s what you did and only saw a marginal difference.

I have the trd replacement system. I think its probably due to the built in resonators. Like i said i like it but just not a big enough jump for the cost. Or at least maybe its best to get it with no resonators. The replacemt is louder than the trd pro while driving but oddly enough its quiter on the cold starts.

Yah it’s wild lol. I had a mag flow or something but I chopped it to far to fit my spare the drone was just to much. But I got a deal on these duals slapped some turndowns and it’s all good for me

I see a lot of posts about DD exhausts. How do they compare to something like the Borla Touring exhaust? Hard to beat Borla's million mile warranty and the ability to get serviced at any Borla authorized dealer. But, I see a ton of great stuff about DD. Just wondering what the advantage is?

Sorry i cant really speak on yhat as i havent had any experience with borla. But with DD if your not happy with it you can send it back and they can make it more to your luking if im not mistaken. Keith is a good dude. If you know exactly the type of sound you want let him know and he will do his best to make it happen for you. Th is their warranty:

"Each system is backed 100% by our product warranty while you own the exhaust (excluding rust). In the event you damaged the exhaust while off-roading, we’ll replace it! More importantly, we also back the sound 100%. Lets say you buy a 6” standard system from us and it’s a little bit too rowdy for you. No problem! Ship it back and we’ll send you a new system at no extra cost. The only charges you are responsible for is shipping! We also a require a credit card authorization that is removed when the old system is returned."
