I decided to go with a new 2017 TRD pro Crewmax. I test drove a white truck but wonder what people have to say about the cement color. I like some of the photos of the cement but haven't seen one in person. Thoughts ?

Did you have to special order the Magnetic Gray. I can not find a dealer or site that gives the option of that color.

TRD Pro's are available in different colors each year. MGM was a 2016 color option.

White has been available each year the Pro has been available. I like the fact that you can't tell my truck is 2 years old unless you look at the title. On the other hand if you see an infernal orange Pro you instantly know it's a 2016.

okay, still doesn't change my point. The orange is instantly dated, the white is not.

Or it could be looked at that the orange is more exclusive and harder to get.

If I can swing one I'd go with cement. White is my 2nd choice for 2017 colors.

I'm sorry, but the Pro in Barcelona Red is stunning. Color-matched and blacked out makes the color really pop.

I took your response as white being the most popular pro color not all automobiles. It is definitely the most frequently occurring pro color which to me is a negative. I typically want to have the item that is more of an anomaly. JMO

Look guys on this site we don't judge people based on color. But I agree SuperWhite is the fastest PRO on the market and maybe you get two man cards (he he he) :spy:

Just remember all of the exclusive pro colors become a standard color option the following year. I'm not a fan of the inferno or quicksand with the standard chrome trim. Easily fixed with some effort but not attractive stock in my eyes. The thought of the cement mixed with chrome next year... :puke:

Technically, yes. It will be what is called a minor change, so trim and maybe sheet metal and possible powertrain change.

Pretty sure that is the plan. I haven't heard anything about this package ending. We've been selling trucks like crazy and if the market continues to support it, I am pretty sure it will continue.

I would be pissed if I had a '15 Inferno Pro then they make regular Tundras in Inferno in '16. Then they make Quicksand a Pro color in 16 and regular color in '17. I would expect Cement to be a regular color offered in '18. That being said, I got a white one. I like that it doesn't stand out like the other colors. It's a bit of a sleeper because half the cars on the road are white but my white truck is cooler than yours.
