    Fellow Tundra Owners:

Is there supposed to be a small gap between the top cover and base of the TRD CAI? I have attached a picture to show what I am talking about. As you can see, there is a small red portion of of the TRD filter showing.

    Any help would be great.

    Mike

My CAI looks the same. Have been running it for 25k miles or so. Does not seem to affect anything negatively. E9D0BFD9-6F4C-4FEC-A80A-647F91FFEF3E.jpg

Thanks! I just wanted to confirm before washing the engine bay- I don’t really want water in my air intake. That would make for a sad face day.
