Well I never thought I would get rid of the cement 2019 this quick but could not pass up the Sequoia TRD Pro after test driving one. I rarely used the bed and with two dogs the captains chairs and space in the Sequoia is incredible

Sequoia has rear independent and Fox shocks and it rides like a dream. No more bed bounce on the Colorado highways and the turning radius seems so much better than the Tundra!

That’s a great looking rig. Congrats!

I’ve been thinking about trading my 18 in for a Land Cruiser that’s been sitting at the local dealership for a few weeks now for similar reasons.

I have always wanted a Platinum Sequoia and the TRD Pro package even sweetens the deal. Like how the Glock holder still is available....

I test drove a few Land cruisers as well but the 3rd row was to small since the seats fold up sideways and I needed captains chairs for the middle opening. Very nice ride though and can’t beat the looks.

I hear yeah! I almost went for Platinum for the power folding mirrors, rear entertainment, and other upgrades but decided on the Pro due to looks.

That'd look even better with a mild lift/level and some meatier tires. Perhaps some bronze wheels. Nice truck!

Could not agree more on tires and lift but not a fan of the bronze on the sequoia but do love it on the tundras for some reason. Getting front tint added this week and will look at tire options next.

I actually bought my 2015 Tundra 1794 based on the 120 mile drive I did of a new 2012 LX 470 Lexus SUV(tweaked Land Cruiser Wagon). My pickup has the Lexus interior and drivetrain, basically, but not the little knobbie that changes the clearance from 4"-11". I'd whip into a dealer & pick the new version of that one up. If I had $97,000. (!)

    Congratulations on your Sequoia!!!

I had a tough time choosing between a Sequoia, a Land Cruiser, and a Tundra. towing capacity sealed the deal for me as I have to tow a boat.

    Great looking truck!!!

I would do some terrible things for a new land cruiser. I get why you went with what you did for your needs. Looks awesome!

I had a 1974 FJ40 but had to sell it a few years back when we moved to our new house. The city wouldn't let us put in a carport and I didn't want to be the one to kill the 40...

Believe it or not , some people actually gain more respect by leaving it stock , not everyone can afford to be a trend follower and do a lift and wheels/tires . just throwing that out there. IMO lifting with wheels and tires is such an old worn out trend that everyone is doing , nothing stands out to be original customization anymore , its all just ordered bolt-ons from a catalog . Then people call their vehicles "builds" .
Ill just sit back and wait for all the haters to start attacking me because of this comment.

I really considered picking up a Sequoia Pro when I was doing my shopping. I would have probably bought one but decided I needed the bed more than a 3rd row of seating. Great choice and color!

My dealer has the same Sequoia on their lot and I was seriously thinking of trading. Only thing stopping me is the $65k price tag. Nice vehicle though.

What is the reason sequoias are so expensive even for the base SR5? I feel like I’m missing something. They look awesome but I looked up prices last night and, woof.
