So I'm getting closer to ordering a suspension setup. Are the rear Toytec shocks with reservoirs overkill for daily street use?

not even close to overkill. @Toytec Lifts aluma series, with rear resis (due to the fact that the rear alumas are not out yet) and i love them. only have 3k miles so far but not overkill. im 90% street rider as well.

They do look cool as hell. Do they come with the brackets if I order them along with the coilovers or do I have to add them to the cart as well?

they come with brackets along with hose clamps. i live in a snow belt where salt in plentiful, so i sprayed my hose clamps with an antirust adhesive (a thick goopy cover) to see if i can mitigate rust. if anyone is curious ask at the end of season to see how well that worked.

They are a great shock honestly. Extra chamber to help prevent shock fading over long periods of time both on and off road.

    Personally a great system overall!

Let me know if you have questions!

So with the 4.6 2 wheel drive, will the front sit higher than 3 inches that the coil is set at? That's not a problem....just trying to figure out the rear. I am looking at the shackles along with the 1/2 inch axle shim to get 2 inches in the rear. I will be coming from a Readylift 3/2 spacer kit.
