I got this Toyota Warranty Enhancement Notification-ZH3 in the mail yesterday. It concerns outside door handles on 2007-2015 Tundras. Apparently there has been some issues with "abnormal feeling, dragging, or sticking when used." My Tunda is 10 years old and no issues. I haven't seen anyone post an issue here with door handles either. See the attached pics.......

I had issues with mine. Toyota replaced rear handles/front they greased it a bit.
Issue was they were "sticky" and would stay open.

For free? If not you can get re-reimbursed.

@matluth Yup!! for free!! I'll probably bring it back in and get the fronts replaced soon. After mojave they caught some dust in and started getting a little sticky again.

I got the same notice a couple of weeks ago. Mine aren't sticking so I just put the letter and sticker in with my manuals. If I run into the problem she'll go in for the fix.

I would think that that's the "sticking" symptom they refer to in the letter.

I got the same notice as well. I recently replaced my chrome ones with color matched. I noticed the chromes had what looked like white lithium grease applied to them. I tried to transfer as much of it as I could to the new handles. So far so good.

Should be covered. Only the internal mechanism is replaced. The original handles are re-used.
