Man did he dance around the guys question on new tundra, sequoia and 4runner. According to him we all have to stop buying Tundra's to see a change in the product.

I think we learned nothing from this conversation.

Here is what I took away from the conversation:

    1) Tundra is important to Toyota
    2) they currently sell every Tundra they make; they have a supply issue and as a result have missed opportunities
    3) to address supply they need more production (factories); this might mean a new one in Mexico. My Tacoma was assembled in Mexico. It's a 2009 and I've had zero issues apart from the fan cricket noise. I agree, ideally the factory would be in Canada or the USA but I don't associate Mexico Toyota products as being less reliable.
    4) Focus is Rav4 and Corolla between now and next year. So unlikely "all new" Tundra/Sequoia or 4Runner for this time next year.
