I assume most of you have that online account, which shows your service history. Are the "free" 5000 mi., 10000 mi.. services supposed to show up there? (if the dealership is a "participant" in the "program" that sends the records there) I'm pretty sure the answer should be yes...but it's not clear from the FAQ on the toyota website. What's been your experience? Mine has been inconsistent.

Yes. It should, that's how I found out my brand new truck spent time in the body shop with 5 miles on the odo....

Edit: 30 years of my Lexus history is there too, if it more thoroughly answers your question.

...so that would include all the "toyotacare" stuff (1st 2 years of free maintenance)......

The most recent dealer I used gave some vague reasons why they don't report (to my online account) the free toyotacare work...(oil change...rotation....) which is pretty annoying....

My Sequoia showed all the Toyota Care oil changes, tire rotations, the fuel pump recall and topping off of fluids.

Yes, everything should be documented, you should log in yourself and verify, otherwise I would bring it up to corporate, and select a different dealership, as the one you're visiting appears they don't really care for their customers...
