Check out this site. I received a formal notice today from the settlement administrator. My frame "looks" good but will have it properly inspected. http://www.toyotaframesettlement.com/

I just got the notice on my 2010 Tacoma on Saturday. I live in Oregon where they don't salt the roads so I'm not sure there is much in it for me though. I'll drop it off and have them inspect it for sure.

They only recently started to use salt in the Denver area this winter for the first time. My frame looks pretty decent actually. I pressure wash the underside every weekend. Those of you that do live in states that use salt, you most likely already know if your frame is fracked up.

If you live on the Oregon coast there will be rust issues over time. I lived 50+ miles from the ocean in Drain so not much of an issue. I used to see a lot of rust buckets in Reedsport though.

I live in Portland so I doubt there will be much more than surface rust.
