How my day is going.

Phone call: hi, this is _____ from the Boston office. We are setting dates for your pavilion rentals to be put into our online system. What dates would you like?

hi _____, would you please set my rentals from Memorisl Day until Labor day. I do not have enough staff to accommodate rentals outside those dates.

ok, thank you for your input.


2 hours later, email goes out listing my dates from May 1st thru Columbus day. Proceed to call my Boss, she says yeah, I overrode your suggestion. I had to remind her there won’t even be staff here on some of those dates, because she keeps cutting staffing. I then had to put it in writing to get her to fully comprehend my staffing/schedule.

After another hour and a half, I get the dates I wanted. If only these people would listen to the people that actually work at their locations.

I take a leave of absence and now I need to catch up again. what did I learn so far.... hairy legs, moose knuckle, chocolate candy....Most of you have weird ass fetishes....

What have you all been up to?

After 3 weeks of not having my truck and having to drive a Lexus. Although rather nice but boring as hell to drive, I finally got her back. Had a mouse play havoc in my engine compartment and went to town on my wires.
