    *Help*
Im looking to get tow mirrors for my 2017 Toyota Tundra Sr5. I currently have the stock mirrors WITHOUT turn signal. My question is... if i get the towing mirrors, will the parking&turn signal lights work with the wiring. Ive seen Amazon says no and i dont want to waste my money if the lights dont even work.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

If you get the OEM yes the turn signal will work no extra wiring required

Thanks guys I appreciate it. 1A auto said that the trucks with the trailer package comes with the wiring already installed in the truck for that upgrade, just have to plug it in and go. Rather come here first to ask and it was very helpful. Thanks again!

Have heard several complaints about the 1A Auto tow mirrors coming loose. Personally would go with OEM tow mirrors or these....

I bought from OPT7 on Amazon. I heard they are heavier to reduce the shaking at higher speeds. They also say to put locktight on the bolts to prevent them from coming lose over time.

Is your Tundra parked outside all year? Mine is, black is faded or showing some type of sheen

Yup 90% of the time it's parked outside, no fading or discoloration on housing yet, what exactly is shaking on yours the lens or whole mirror?

A little of this and a little of that.
I've heard there's a plate that goes on the before the mirror against the truck to help stabilize it better. I've never heard anything bad about 1aAuto until this thread.

Mirror, thought of going to hobby lobby buy some soft pliable foam and stuff it behind mirror to stop it from shaking

Does it shake all the time or only at highway speeds?

A few small pieces of foam pipe insulation might do the trick, good luck.

How would you tighten the mirror alone?, that's what loose, not the whole thing

Nevermind, I misunderstood. And you've had them 2 years so is there any kind of warranty through A1auto? I've heard they've got excellent CS.
