    hello yall,
I'm having popping noises occur while wheel is fully turned to the left or right. It sounds like the uca's are getting in a bind and popping? Do y'all have any suggestions as to what it could be?

FYI: I greased the bushings thoroughly so it is not a lack of lube. Thanks :)

What kind of lift you running? Did you check the torque on the bolts?

Just to make sure, the through bolt spec should be 173 ft lbs for the TCs not the 85 ft lbs that is specified for the stock UCAs

also check the LCAs, bolts and everything. Sometimes shops don't torque them well.

and for the bushings, when installing, just grease inside. not outside.
Also did you grease the zerk fittings ? no need for too much either.

Depending on how much use the arm has seen, uniballs may be worn out and popping due to play. Popping is generally uniball, ball joint, or steering component related.

Did you torque everything with weight settled or did you torque it with the truck in the air?
