I have an 04 tundra 4.7L v8. Decided to do the spark plugs myself (never done before it myself before). I keep seeing different torque specs for the spark plugs and coils. I got denso coppers u groove conventional gap 0.32. What’s the right torque for spark plugs and coils?

One site mentioned to gap at .040 but I'm not sure on that one.
