Since I didn’t get any feedback, let me rephrase my question....

Will an UnderCover Flex Tonneau Cover for 07-16 Toyota Tundra with 6.6ft bed fit a 2017 Double Cab Tundra with a 6’.6” bed?!

    Thanks again!

I don’t have a part number. I found this cover in the local classifieds and want to see if it fits. The current owner doesn’t speak English to a lot of communication with...

Just tried again, the part numbers for 2008, 20012, 2016 & 2017 are the same: “UDC-FX41009”

I would think they would be the same. I could see if you where talking from a 1st gen to a 3rd gen tundra but not a 2nd gen to a 3rd gen. I think the beds are not to much different in size. Not only that remember a 2016 is a 3rd gen. 2nd gen trucks stoped at 2013.

What has me doubting, is another guy who’s selling his bed cover for his 2017 “short bed” Tundra and he has posted the same part number for his... mine is not a short bed...

THe DC comes in a "ragular bed and a long bed...some call the DC 6'6 the short bed...not corrrectly...

the 6'6 bed SHOULD be the same dimensions from 2-3 generation. in many cases...you can even use across different companies companies...

The ones that fit inside the tailgate seem to be the same. The ones that sit on top of the tailgate are different as they changed the tailgate.

For generations a 6.5 foot bed has been known as a short bed

These new 5 foot beds have stolen the title..,,

3 years of sitting in the sun. Im not butt hurt about it. 600 is way too much for used. They have a 100 dollar rebate on a new one right now. Id offer more like 400. Gotta figure, do you have a warranty with a used one? Big deal to me

Besides keeping gear out of sight and the elements, Does it actually help the gas mileage?

I didn’t notice a change, the part that wears out on them is the seal in between the panels and the latches
