Hey guy, it’s been awhile. So I’ve been having trouble with my alignment and my tires are shot. Since I need new tires it brings the question of 35x12.5(which I currently have), or 295/70/18. I know the 295’s are about an inch narrower. I’m just curious to what y’all recommend, if you have comparison pictures that’s be awesome. Btw I have a toytec 3” lift with SPC UCA’s with method +18

I think it would be worth pricing out the 2 sizes against each other if you haven't already.. I wonder if 35 12.50 would be cheaper because it's more common? Just did a quick search on tire rack an seems the 35s run slightly more, but generally not by much. Maybe not . I have 295/70-18 now an sort of wish I just went the full 35 12.50.. Do you already have the BMC done then? I don't see any advantage to dropping down unless there is a price advantage. Or your trying to save a little rotational mass..

Ask yourself, Do you want to have 35's on your truck or do you want to have kinda , almost 35's.. The later just doesn't sound as BA..

I’m looking at the bfg km3, the true 35 is $100 more give or take. I was wondering if I would save myself some power if I lessened the rotational mass, but I can’t see how an inch less would make much of a difference. I only had to chop the passenger side with my last set of Atturos, but doing the other side wouldn’t be a problem since I’m a welder by trade. I agree with the baddassery that comes with the true 35’s lol
