OK so I have a 2007 double cab 4x4 long bed. I currently have the stock steel wheels but luckily have found someone local selling a nice set of Tundra Rims. MY question is do I have to get new Tire sensors or can the sensors off the steel wheels work on the Aluminum ones? Sorry for the silly question but I never really change things on my cars. Thanks for any and all advice.

You should be able to transfer your TPMS without issue.

While you're changing the tpms over it wouldn't be a bad idea to change the seals on the tpms sensors while you're at it.

My '07 regular cab 2x4 short bed came with steel wheels and sensors, the sensors would have worked fine in my new OEM alloys but I deleted the sensors instead. You do not need to buy new sensors.
