So I know at the dunes I am supposed to be pressured down to have more surface area. Off road through the desert (high desert washboard roads some washes and rocky) should I do the same to avoid/help avoid blow outs? I just ran a couple trails for the first time in a couple years and I couldn't help but wonder if I should have done this.

I'll try 30psi. New tires don't want to go too low. Thanks

It is not a necessity but it definitely helps to air down on the trails. Really depends on how harsh the trails are also. It will also help smooth the ride out and give extra cushioning. I have E rated tires so I can air down if need be. The stiffer side walls definitely help.
