Wow, just wow. As a physical therapist, that was painful to watch.. it’s too bad that my profession can’t market as well as chiropractors.

Ugh... I’m a PT as well... I’m sure there are lots of folks who are helped by chiropractic care... AND... let’s just say our philosophy differs...

Back in 2015 while at the beach (Outer Banks), a rogue wave up-ended me and I landed smack dab on the top of my shoulder. I believe it was a grade 1 AC joint tear (the least severe tear) . The bad thing about it was I had a backpack archery elk hunt a month later in Colorado. Went to the doc and had to let it heal a bit first and then PT. They helped me a lot but I was still feeling some pain and just "out of whack". I ended up going to a chiropractor a couple weeks before my trip and I feel like he helped me get better too. I was finally able to pull my bow back a day or two before the trip to dial everything in and carrying a 55lb pack didn't hurt as much as I would have thought.

I still have issues to this day from this injury. I can feel tightness in my sternum and can pop it by putting my shoulder blades together and arching out my chest. I also can feel my collar bone pop when sticking my arm straight in the air and rotating around and around.

My chiropractor doesnt do nearly the amount of adjusting as in the video though.

My coworker calls chiropractors witch doctors. On a side note referring to the patient, I'd hit hit :spy:.

Chiro changed my life. My sacrum shifts on me, my right hip doesn't seat properly in the joint and at times the left side of my spine will be poking through the skin. Doesn't feel great. A few Chiro appointments and I feel almost 100%

Yeah buddy. I threw my back out one time on a shoot years ago (turned a little too hard on a spin move). Someone talked me into going to see a chiro which I thought crazy based on bad reputations reportings.

Anyways, the chiro ‘popped’ my back and the relief was instantaneous after weeks of suffering. Glad you are better.

Same with you! First session, Chiro had me lay on my stomach, lift my right leg as high as I possible, I could only move lift about 3" then left leg all the way up. A few table movements and I was able to lift the right at high as the left. Now I go more for maintenance and realignment.

I went to a chiropractor after a car accident. Dont know if going help me heal faster but definitely felt better after a few adjustments. Now i am going for a massage followed by an adjustment once a week for 6 weeks.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
True chiro has great benefits, when done properly.

Everyone of the adjustments and sequences of this guys vids are the same. That traction yank that he does is one of the quickest ways to pull/tear ligaments and vessels in the neck. I'd say he's one 'accident' away from a good law suit.

I know that there's alot of criticism about chiropractors and that its not a real science based on its origins. And I agree with that. But growing I would have chronic migranes that would leave me crying and throwing up on the bathroom floor, pretty much everyday for years. It wasn't until maybe 5th grade or so that I went to a chiropractor, and after a couple months of adjustments I stopped having migranes. And to this day I rarely get a small headache much less a full on migrane. So chiropractors can for whatever reason work for some people.
