Strange request, but I'm sending out an SOS to any part gurus on this forum.

Our 2018 Platinum came without one of the two glass mounted hooks to hold up the window shade in the third row. Not sure if these come mounted to the Quarter Glass or if they are a separate part. It looks like they are adhered to the glass with an adhesive.

The kids use the window shades when we travel and I'd like to replace the hook if possible so that the shade stays up. I've searched multiple part breakdowns for the Quarter Glass and window screen, but have come up empty.

Can anyone who's more familiar with part blowouts point me in the right direction?

Our sienna came delivered without one of the hooks. Called the dealership. Ended up that they just replace the whole glass. Didn’t sound as though you can just buy hooks as a separate part.

This is kind of what I was afraid of. They look to be adhered to the glass, but the missing one left a small ring and looks as tho you could just epoxy another on in it's place. Was hoping to not have to go to the dealer, but I guess that's where I'll start.

Yeah, seems like same way they adhere the rear view mirror to the windshield.

The more I think about it. I think maybe the glass we had was different. From a trim that didn’t get the shades. Not sure what the difference would actually be, but maybe in your case you can just replace hook. Who knows.
