    Hey guys,

I'm having a custom bumper built for my 2018 Tundra Limited. They builder does not have access to a 2018 due to where he lives. He already has a template for a 2015 Tundra.

    My question is this:

What are the major dimensional differences between the 2015 and 2018? Would a grille/bumper/trim be the same dimensions on both?

We are leaving the area in front of the oval Toyota emblem clear so the radar has a clear view forward. Is the Toyota emblem in the same location as a 2015 emblem?

Same question for the front corner parking sensors.....

    Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure it's the same and the grilles are interchangeable.

Thanks man. Can anyone here confirm the front end dimensions are the same? Things like frame width, etc.

I’m gonna drop some decent cash and want to make sure I’m headed in the right direction before I do.

It’s the same. Things to watch though. Make sure you don’t block the emblem with a bull bar and take into account if you have parking sensors or not.

The grills are not interchangeable because of the tss sensor

Thanks man. Is the emblem in the same location as the older ones? And it’s just a little bit bigger right?

What are the dimensions for the 2015 emblem?

    Thanks.

Yes and yours has some safety bullshit that the 15’s didn’t have behind the front emblem. Or somewhere around there, I’ve only read people swapping out the grills and having issues with their safety sense crap.

    To the OP,

If I were you I go to my local dealer and ask if I can take some measurements using a soft (fabric) tape. That way you can measure whatever you want instead of us telling you that everything is identical with the exception of the front emblem due to the built in radar sensor.

All the same. Bumpers are the same part numbers, and the grilles are physically interchangeable.

They will all fit each other becuase they are the same dimensions but unless you take the TSS into account your truck will start to throw codes.

That just means I have to leave a clear view forward of the Toyota emblem and reinstall the little round bumper sensors. Right?

Yep, I'm pretty sure it's that simple.
