I picked up my Ridge Grapplers today (295/55r20) and they are absolutely amazing. I picked my truck up at 10:00am and spent the day on the road and in the dirt and I am absolutely impressed.

On the street, they are as smooth as my factory Duelers with little to no increased noise. I had my truck as fast as 85mph with no shake or shimmy, just a nice smooth ride. Off road they were great but it is to early to give an accurate review since the Pacific NW is dry with no rain right now. In a few months it will be a different story.

The fit is great as you will see in the scans. The truck sits about an inch higher as well. Overall, extremely satisfied. Next purchase is Black Rhino Mozambique wheels.

I like my 295/70/18 a lot, i stepped down from a 20 to an 18 inch wheel to have more side wall.

Been trying to decide between 18s and 20s. This answers that question. 18s !!!!!
Much better looking with the taller profile in my opinion.

@treihing, is your Tundra on stock height. No lifts? And no issues or rubbing?

    Thanks,

They look great. I’m getting the same ones in the next month or two. After seeing the pictures, I may need to get them earlier than planned.

Those tires look great, I see them around town all the time. I've never heard a bad word about them.

    Lost track after #1.
Had mine for several months now and have nothing but praise for them. Great on the highway, dirt, mud, snow & rain. 100% recommended.

Getting these new shoes on the truck soon, also heard nothing but good things. Know a few people even running them on F250 & 350's and they do great on those heavy beasts too. like @R0CKETMAN said they do get a bit louder as they wear but still not terrible like wore out Toyo MT's

Just came across this thread i know it's old but I wanted to ask if you are running these 295s without any issues such as stock suspension, ucas, no trimming, or wheel spacers? Been wanting to mount these size tires on those 20" wheels.

You can run those on a stock truck with 20x9+50mm offset wheels, but you might have a tiny bit of modification to do. You might have to remove the front spat... although, in the pics above, they were not removed.

that could be the wheel size in the above pics. so it could be ok. any reputable tire shop will test fit a tire to make sure that it fits. dont give up yet :)
